Night Run - Another year and an old favorite as we enjoy the hospitality offered by the Finger Lakes Railroad. And something new is added this year. On Saturday, we will travel towards Syracuse and return to Cayuga Lake for a “Chicken & Ribs Barbeque” at the park right on the lake.  This will be our lunch stop before returning to Geneva in mid afternoon for rest before our night run.   Our last trip over the lake saw Bald Eagles along with other native habitants enjoying this beautiful lake.  At 8pm, we will again leave for the Seneca Army Depot for a beautiful night run on the east shore of Seneca Lake.

On Sunday, we will ourselves on the Canandaigua Branch for a nonstop trip that will get us back in mid-afternoon and time for supper. Approximate round trip mileage for this excursion is 130 miles. This ride is limited to 30 cars. Excursion fee is $150 which includes the Saturday barbeque.  Deadline for signup is August 1st. This event is sponsored by NERCA. NARCOA insurance and all NARCOA rules apply. Safety vests required on all participants. A-cars and Hy-Rails by permission only.
